The $350 Application Strategy Consultation is one focused session: 75 minutes for undergraduate or master’s planning and 90 minutes for PhD planning. Comprehensive packages cover a broader written scope across an application cycle. The current standard package price depends on the application level and selected scope, with the PhD package priced at $5,500. The signed agreement controls the final scope and Net Package Fee.

Before service activation, consulting fees already received are refundable after written cancellation. Activation occurs only after the agreement is signed, the activation payment is received, the voluntary three-business-day review period and any applicable statutory cancellation period have expired, and Wise Zebra confirms activation in writing. After activation, the earned amount is based on objectively completed and delivered service components under the signed agreement; separately signed add-ons are reconciled separately. Wise Zebra initiates an approved refund within 10 business days after receiving complete written cancellation notice and confirming a written reconciliation; bank or platform posting time is additional.

No. Our work provides education planning, application strategy, and professional judgment. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, funding, visas, or any other result.

No. School, testing, score-reporting, credential, translation, notarization, application-platform, and other third-party charges are separate. Those charges follow the third party’s own payment and refund rules.

Signing alone does not activate service. Service begins only after the formal agreement is signed, the agreed activation payment is received, the voluntary three-business-day review period and every applicable statutory cancellation period have expired, and Wise Zebra sends a retainable written activation confirmation.

If the same applicant purchases an eligible comprehensive package within seven calendar days after the completed consultation, the $350 fee reduces the signed Net Package Fee by $350. The credit has no cash value, does not reopen the completed consultation for cancellation or refund, and does not apply to third-party costs, additional schools or programs, specialized materials, or rush services.

A parent, legal guardian, or adult applicant who is at least 18 years old should submit the forms. A minor should not submit either form directly. When the applicant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must act as the contracting client on the enrollment form.

Please share the student’s current grade or education stage, intended pathway, general goals, timing, and the main question you want to discuss. Do not send passports, government identifiers, full transcripts, bank information, passwords, or other sensitive documents through the public form, ordinary email, or WeChat.

K-12 needs vary substantially by grade, school type, location, timing, interview or visit needs, and the number of schools. Wise Zebra confirms a written custom scope and price before enrollment; no work begins from a general website inquiry alone.

Wise Zebra reviews the information and follows up through the email address or WeChat ID you selected. The free inquiry does not purchase the $350 strategy consultation, create a service agreement, or start paid work. Any paid consultation or package is confirmed separately in writing.
